The Institute of Internal Auditors' Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certificate is the only worldwide recognized professional qualification for internal auditors. This program will address the Professional Practice Framework, corporate governance, and risk and control evaluation methodologies and approaches. The CIA will conduct an audit in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, using the necessary corporate, IT, and management skills.
