CA Foundation is an entry-level exam for students who want to work as Chartered Accountants. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India conducts the CA Foundation Exam twice a year (ICAI). It's a four-paper test that's given on a nationwide basis. The CA Foundation exam was previously known as the CA – CPT exam.After passing their 10+ 2 exams, candidates who desire to pursue a career as a Chartered Accountant will take the CA Foundation exam.
The CA Foundation, candidates must have finished 10+ 2. The CA Foundation test is not open to candidates who have earned a bachelor's or master's degree. Enrolling in the CA Foundation programme is the first step.
After you've completed it, your registration will be valid for three years. Candidates may apply for the CA Foundation exam in May or November during this time. Candidates may apply and take the exam up to six times over the course of three years.
