The curriculum is designed to:
- provide students with a basic training in the theory and method of anthropology;
- equip students with the analytical skills, sophistication, and open mind necessary for understanding contemporary social and cultural issues; and
- prepare students for a wide range of careers and further studies.
In the first and second years, students acquire a general training in anthropology, and in the third and fourth years, their knowledge and field work skills are consolidated by a large number of elective courses, which encourage students to pursue their own interests within the discipline.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have completed high school or equivalent
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Applicant must have completed the following courses: Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language; and ; Level 2 or above in Mathematics and Citizenship and Social Development / Liberal Studies; and; Level 3 or above in any 2 Category A: New Senior Secondary Subjects (NSS), which may include:
- 2 NSS elective subjects; or
- 1 NSS elective subject and Mathematics (Extended Part) Module I or Module II.
- Submit SAT/ACT scores
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL : minimum 80 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.0
- SAT Evidence based reading and writing” 590
- ACT: combined english 23
