The master's program in geoecology aims to impart in-depth, research-related knowledge about the behavior of environmental compartments and the processes taking place in these systems. This includes, in particular, the modeling of these processes in order to ultimately obtain reliable forecasting tools.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge of German: A1 when applying, DSH-2 for studying.
Alternatives to the DSH exam: You do not have to take the DSH exam if you can show one of the following certificates:
- "German Language Diploma" of the Minister of Education Conference - Level II (DSD II).
- Passed the "Zentrale Oberstufenprüfung" (ZOP) of the Goethe Institute.
- "Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom" or "Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom".
- Test "German as a foreign language" (Test DaF), level 4 in all areas.
- Passed German part of the assessment test.
- telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule.
