My motivation was research. I found out about the High Frequency Department in University of Bremen and was immediately inclined towards the department. Therefore I came here to do my Masters and now I am continuing in the same department with my PhD.

Course Curriculum

10

It is really an extensive course. Not only does it equips you with the state of the art technology but prepares you to develop new and revolutionary ideas.

Exams

Usually most of the universities in Germany judge the applicants on the basis of their profile. But since its an international course an English language proficiency is mandatory. For that IELTS/TOEFL and GRE are needed. My scores were TOEFL: 112, GRE: 324

Placement

10

After graduation you have plenty of oppurtunities to either go into the industry or carry on with PhD or other research industry. From my experience I can say I had 3 offers even before my Masters was over.

Internship

I did my Master Thesis work in NXP semiconductors Hamburg. Apart from that i have worked as a student in the University and two other research institutes.

Fees

Approx. 350-400 per semester. ( Total depends on how many semesters you need to complete the course )

Scholarship

Most of the universities in Germany do not have a tution fee, so I did not feel the need to apply for any scholarship.

Faculty

10

They are really really amazing. Prof. M. Schneider who is the head of the High Frequency Department really changed my views and gave me wings to fly. He is currently my supervisor for my PhD.

Campus Life

The campus has every small to big thing a young passionate learner needs.

Hostel

9

The accomodation is best in Univ registered hostels. They have single as well as shared rooms. I used to live in a 3-shared apartment and have made amazing friends from all over the globe.
