MPharm Industrial Pharmacy: Admission Process 

Admission to MPharm Industrial Pharmacy course is through both entrance examination and merit obtained in graduation level.

• In general, admissions to many top colleges are done by various entrance tests at national level such as GPAT. However, many institutes conduct their own entrance tests.

• Fill application form: By visiting websites of the respective colleges read the instructions well for filling the form correctly.Documents required: The filling form required Various documents such as Aadhaar card, pan card,photographs, bachelor degree mark sheet, GPAT score card etc.Recheck before final submit: Before final submitting the admission form make sure your form hasn't any errors.

Students have to take direct admission in university/colleges by filling the admission brochure and taking admission through an offline method.

What is the MPharm Industrial Pharmacy Eligibility Criteria? 

• The basic eligibility criteria for the Master of Pharmacy course, students must have a minimum of 50% or equivalent CGPA in their Bachelor of Pharmacy course from a recognized university or college from PCI (Pharmacy Council of India)
• Some colleges like Amity University provide admission on merit basis a minimum of 60% or equivalent to be able to consider for MPharm Admission.

There are Various entrance exams conducted at All India, state and Institute level by the Statutory bodies for admission into the Masters of Pharmacy Industrial Pharmacy course. Some of the popular entrance exams are:

• GPAT: Gratitude Pharmacy Aptitude Test is a National Level entrance examination which is previously conducted by AICTE but now by National Testing Agency. This entrance exam is conducted by the NTA via CBTmode.

• NIPER JEE: NIPER Joint Entrance Exam is conducted mainly for admission into the NIPER pharmacy institutes over India. Candidates need to have valid qualified scores in GPAT and then need to qualify NIPER JEE for getting admission into NIPERs.

How to prepare for MPharm Industrial Pharmacy Entrance Examinations? 

• Plan creation: Create a plan by analysing and evaluating 10-15 previous year papers to which chapters or topics you are strong and in which you are weak .Collect the detailed information of the syllabus and essential topics of the exam which you have to study for the exam.
• Identify easy and weak areas: Mark the subjects that are easy and difficult for you and manage your time in an effective way.
• Practice mock tests: Solve previous year papers and improve the mistakes you have made during attempting the paper.
• Entrance tests are mostly 2 hours to 3 hours duration. During scheduled exam time, the students will have to attempt 150-200 questions as per paper pattern.
