In most of the dental colleges offering the respective course, eligible students are selected on the basis of their accomplishment in the qualifying exam (12th) and a relevant entrance examination, which is either conducted at State/ National Level (AIPMT, DUMET, etc.) or at Institutional Level (MAIDS, MCODS, etc.)
