Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research invites candidates for their various research programs offered in Ph.D. courses. The research programs require the candidates to hold a Master’s Degree as the basic requirement. Admission in DIPSAR is based on a screening test which is followed by an interview.
The admission is granted on the candidate’s performance in the screening test and interview, along with his/her academic credentials. Preference will be given to candidates who have had at least one research publication with a journal of repute; or those candidates who have been awarded fellowship from any recognized funding agency. Course Name: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
Annual Fee: Rs. 2,000/-
Seats: At present, there are 13 seats for Ph.D. courses available in DIPSAR. Besides these, there are 3 seats reserved for AICTE sponsored candidates.
The Govt. of Delhi has introduced 10 seats who get a stipend of Rs. 9,100/- per month.
Ph.D. is offered in various disciplines of Pharmacy under Delhi University.
The institute has a total of six well-furnished hostel accommodations, two for boys and two for girls. Presently the hostel is available only for outside Delhi students. In the future, the institute plans to accommodate almost 50% of the total candidates in the hostel.
The last date for the submission of application forms is July (Tentative) for Ph.D. courses. There is no need for application form. The candidates need to submit their application on a plain paper and submit it to DIPSAR office in Phushp Vihar by the person or by post.
