The Admission Officer of Academy of Sports Science Research & Management verifies the following certificates at the time of admission:District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/ Deputy Commissioner/ Collector/ Additional Deputy Commissioner/ Deputy Collector/ 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate/ Extra Assistant Commissioner.Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate.Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar. Class Stipendiary Magistrate/ Extra Assistant CommissionerSub- Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and /or his/her family normally resides.Administrator/Secretary to Administrator/ Development Officer (Lakshadweep and Minicoy Island).

If the candidate cancels his/ her admission within a month after the fee paid by the candidate, the fee will be refunded after deduction of INR 2000, after one month no fee will be refunded.
