Candidates must also appear for and secure a valid rank in ECET entrance examination otherwise candidates will not be considered eligible for admissions to the lateral entry course?

Will I be provided direct admissions to M.Pharm if I have scored more than 75% at graduation level?

No candidate is provided direct admissions to the M.Pharm program irrespective of how many marks one has scored at graduation level. Appearing for and qualifying either state level or national level entrance exam is mandatory. The entrance exam, i.e, PGECET or GATE scores are must after which candidates will be required to appear for counselling rounds.
