VES Institute of Management Studies and Research Mumbai Ph.D Management Studies: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

VES Institute of Management studies and Research offers an offline mode of application to the candidates. Candidates can download the form from the official website or can visit the college office to obtain the form in person. However, the candidate must appear for the respective entrance examination by registering at the official conducting website.

1. Visit the official website of the college and fill the application form from the link given.
2. Pay the application fee online. 
3. Upon completion of the filling, submit the form online and retain the hard copy for future reference.
4. Candidate can also visit the college office to obtain the application form by paying the application fees.
5. Send the filled-in application form with attested photocopies of the required documents to the college before the last date to apply, to the following address:

Documents required with the application form:

The attested photocopies of the following documents should be enclosed along with the application form at the time of submission of application:

• Three latest photographs of the applicant.
• SSC examination Marksheet
• HSC examination Marksheet
• Final Year Marksheet & Passing Certificate
• CAT/XAT/MHCET/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/Equivalent Exam scorecard
• Institute Leaving/Transfer Certificate
• Identity proof - Driving License, Passport, Aadhar Card or Voter ID
• Nationality proof (Birth Certificate/School Leaving Certificate/Domicile Certificate)
• Migrant’s Certificate (Applicable for J&K students, if required)
• Gap Certificate (if there is an educational gap due to any reason after passing the qualifying examination)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Key Note:

• GAP Certificate must be submitted as an affidavit by the candidate.
• Original copy and one set of attested photocopy of the above-mentioned documents are required at the time of admission.

VESIM, Mumbai offers a Master in Management Studies PGDM course in 9 specializations and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) course in 4 specializations at the postgraduate level, Executive PGDM, MMS & Ph.D.

Candidates applying for PGDM and Executive PGDM program must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subjects with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University. Eligibility for MMS is a Bachelors degree with a minimum aggregate of 45% in total.  

Shortlisting to PGDM program is done on the basis of MH-CET/CAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA/MAT Score and GD-PI. Admission in MMS is based on a valid score in MAH MBA CET/ MMS CET conducted by DTE.

Key Points:

• For MMS program, 51% seats are reserved for Sindhi minority candidates.
• Students belonging to SC, ST/DT, NT, OBC, and SBC of Maharashtra State are given 5% relaxation in the marks.
• For PGDM, weightage will be given to candidates with good academic merit and work experience.
• Admission to the programs will be conducted through DTE Counselling.
• Additional 2 seats reserved for J & K candidates.

VESIM MMS Application Process

• Candidates registered through DTE automatically get registered for Centralised Admission Process. 
• Candidate need to carry all original documents mentioned in the application form along with a set of hardcopies. 
• The first provisional Merit List shall be displayed on the website which would be the relative position of the candidate.
• Category wise seats shall be made available for the candidates for each institute at the official website. 
• Candidates can fill in their choices of Institutes and Courses in decreasing order of preference. 
• Candidate has to confirm his/her choice through their login. Once confirmed, they shall be considered for allotment in the respective CAP Rounds
• After the release of provisional allotment, if selected, candidate needs to report to the ISBS Pune for admission within the mentioned schedule and pay the admission fee.
