Aspirants seeking to get admission to a full-time program should have passed post-graduation in relevant stream from a recognized university.

For Non-Entrance Programmes:

• You will be selected on the basis of merit, based on your graduation marks.

For Entrance Programmes:

You will be selected on the basis of the score obtained in TANCET or an Entrance Examination conducted by the University.

• (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) is the eligibility exam conducted by Anna University on the behalf of Govt. of Tamil Nadu. You can get the application form for this from Anna University and few other colleges.
• TANCET 2016 will be held in May 2016 to which registration starts from April 2016.
• The question paper will be an objective multiple-choice paper having three parts with Part 1 & 2 being compulsory and Part 3 as per the discipline chosen by you while filling the TANCET 2016 Application Form.
• The questions will be set at undergraduate level. Part 1 & 2 will have 30 questions with 1 mark for each correct answer. For Part 3, you must answer 40 Questions in the chosen field with 1 mark for each correct answer. The exam has negative marking.
