SHUATS offers various scholarships to bonafide students of the varsity, who have a good extraordinary academic record and belong to a weaker socio-economic background. Eligible Students can avail of the state, National (NSP), Scholarship & UGC – JRF Fellowship. Some of the scholarships offered are:

Selected UG and PG students are paid INR 25 per hour. The maximum earning of a student per month is INR 1000. Students are required to work for a minimum of 40 hours per month.
- Yeshu Darbar Scholarship: These scholarships are available only to poor and needy Christian students.
