MHRM | Bachelors/ Masters degree recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with at least 50% marks in aggregate. A pass in bachelor degree is required for SC/ST candidates. |
PGDM | Graduation degree recognized with Mahatma Gandhi University with at least 50% marks or pass in Master degree. |

Selection for admission to MBA, MHRM and PGDM programs offered by RCBS kochi is a 3 phase process. In the first phase candidates will be shortlisted as per CAT/CMAT/ KMAT Score.
In the stage 2 and Stage 3 candidates will be assessed on the basis of their performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
