The course syllabus was up-to-date. We were given industrial exposure through researching directly on companies and interacting with company executives.

Mine is a thesis program which means I'll be doing research work on a particular area of interest. I'll have one course every term until the first year which is related to my program and it's taught by different professors based on the topic of that class. And the remaining everything is just the research work!

Fees

It's around 35,000 CAD for two years

It displays a huge amount of variation in the concepts taught. Some courses are heavenly mathematical or science-based, while others involve a lot of article reading on ethics, management and more. This course curriculum allows me to explore different options and learn various number of topics.

Fees

I pay approximately $1,800 per semester for a total of around $3,200 per year, depending on the number of courses taken and extra fees within courses. For my excellent grades during my second year, I was awarded a prize called the "Raymond L. Conklin Prize". This is a prize awarded to a student in the faculty for $375.

It is very interesting. There are a lot of many different subjects to chose from. Personally, the wide array of courses offered at McGill really helped me figure out what I wanted to and guided me through my undergrad years.

Fees

The fees are well explained in the fee-overview that is available at the beginning of every semester.

It's pretty good. I'm in the arts program so theres alot if options to choose from that I'm pretty happy with. The only complaint I do have is the lack of visual arts programs at McGill, and how calculus is not a requirement for an economics major, which is strange.

Fees

I'm not really sure, I'm on an entrance bursary so I really only pay for books and board. Uh, from what I know there are several opt out fees in our tuiton

I love the way Biochemistry is set out and I feel like each subsequent course builds on the previous ones. For instance, taking classes about protein structure and how proteins can be regulated prepared me to understand metabolic pathways. I also like how biochemistry has a year-long lab class (BIOC220/320) which teaches very important and versatile techniques and helps you learn how to write in a scientific manner.

Fees

My tuition is around 1500$ per semester but it fluctuates depending on how many credits I'm taking (14-17). You need to pay more for a summer course. There are some administration fees but you can opt out. Similarly, there is health care but you can opt out.
