It is a prestigious school with lots of opportunities for research.

Course Curriculum

8

The curriculum is quite updated and we have PEY programs for engineering programs to get industrial experience and also research experience for almost all of the programs.

Exams

For my application, I applied through a portal that had my marks recorded, and then I would apply to different programs of different universities and see my acceptances through the same portal. I didn't have any interviews but as suggestions I could recommend being yourself, knowing yourself and your strengths, and try to "sell them". Also if you have had failures or anything that you deem as a low point, try to show them how you handled it and what it taught you.

Placement

7

I'm not really sure as I have not applied yet.

Internship

We don't have co-ops in my programs and I have not applied for any internships.

Fees

around $7500 CAD for a domestic student.

Scholarship

I got an entrance scholarship which is applied automatically. If I remember correctly for averages of 85-90 you would get $1000, for averages of 90-85 you get $2000 and from 95-100 you would get $10000.

Faculty

6

We have lots of students so the faculty to student ratio is quite low. Most of the faculty are okay in terms of personality and providing accommodations or help outside of office hours. I have taken 3 classes with a particular professor and he is very helpful during and outside of office hours, he is very accommodating and he provides a test guide for us to gauge our knowledge. His tests are also very fair.

Hostel

6

I don't live on campus.
