I opted for this particular university because it had the program I wanted and throughout the tour I just felt like it was a place where I should go the school. Everything I was exposed to before I applied met my needs both through education and as a living means. It's easy to go out and do things but there are so many resources available to do really well in school.

Course Curriculum

9

I think the course curriculum is decent, the work is spread out and as long as you're good with time management you'll be okay.

Exams

In order to get into this program, I did not take an exam, but instead, they looked at my GPA from high school. I met the required average to be in the program I was admitted into the program through that rather than an exam. I believe the minimum score to get into my program was 75, but I know other programs are higher.

Fees

The fee structure is a little strange. Online courses and less expensive and depending on your residence you're paying for that as well. You could get government loans or grants. I am not sure of scholarships for international students. I do know that depending on the average that you maintain, you will get a certain amount split over two semesters in a year.

Scholarship

It's fairly simple, you need your parent's financial papers to see how much they make in a year, as well as some of your own banking information, and your profile is filtered through a system and any scholarship you're eligible for is applied the following semester.

Examination Structure

The exam structure is good, if you happen to have two exams in a day, you could always email your professors and in that circumstance, they will accommodate.

Faculty

8

Most of the faculty are really good, everyone is kind and polite, and the professors are really helpful and engaging. TA's are really nice too, and super helpful if you're too scared to talk to your professors. Some lectures are really big, so you may not be on one-on-one terms with your professor so it's easier to get to know your TA because they will be the ones helping you out more.

Hostel

I lived on campus, on residence my first year. It was nice, it was apartment style so I had roommates. The noise was a bit of a challenge because so many people lived there. It was nice too, it allowed me to meet many people. I had a meal plan with made it easier so I didn't have to go out and buy groceries constantly. You could opt out of it if you chose.
