I found out about centennial on the Ontario application website for choosing your college choices. I applied to 5 colleges. On my school website for my program, I got to know how much my tuition would be and for my admission process if I met the requirements to get accepted into the program. I chose to go to centennial because the tuition was less expensive than the other programs, for transportation its more close by and that I would gain experience from my courses to start my dream career as a singer and songwriter.
Course Curriculum
My course curriculum is very hands own and a wide range of career opportunities for performing arts.
Exams
I chose this course to help build my skills and gain experience for my future career as a singer and songwriter. My Total credits in my course are around 13. To be eligible for this program I needed a minimum grade 12 English college or university grade and a high school diploma or mature student status.
Placement
The average pay is around $21,000, around 40 students that get placed into job opportunities that are offered to them out of 76 students that don't get offered a job opportunity. Some of the college alumni managing placement cells are for the design engineer, program analyst, pursuing MBA, staffing training & placement cell.
Internship
Yes, I know a few things for the internship but I've never gone through it but I know you need either a diploma, degree or a post-graduate certificate. For an internship, you have to prepare yourself by learning about the industry, set yourself some personal goals for what you want to achieve during your internship, ask questions, be professional, know the dress code.
Faculty
I believe the faculty of my college is somewhat organized and focuses on to help students to accomplish their goals. For teaching the teachers are helpful for students if they need someone to talk to and help find a career.
Hostel
The reason why I live off-campus is that I don't know what type roommate I would have, balancing for money on a meal plan I think would be kind of challenging for me to always keeps up with. Transportation for me would be harder because I don't have a license and I have a parent that drives me to school.
