I chose the University of Toronto as it is the number one school in Canada for computer science and it is across the country so I thought I could experience what it's like to live alone and in the city.
Course Curriculum
The University of Toronto has a very strict course curriculum with the Program of Study that they have mandatory where you need a certain mark to actually be enrolled and this is a bad way to do it but the courses overall are interesting.
Fees
The fees vary by programs, the Computer Science structure is unregulated so the fees are way higher than expected.
Examination Structure
The exam structure takes place over a few weeks and dispersed what I assume is random. However, the university seems irresponsible with the lack of communication that the school has in putting out the exam schedule
Faculty
Again, the Program of Study that they have mandatory where you need a certain mark to actually be enrolled which I think is unfair as they don't tell newcomers of the program about this.
