- This program prepares students for careers in hospitality tourism by focusing on the skills, competencies, and attitudes necessary to meet the needs of this industry.
- The program combines practical, theoretical and experiential learning through the classroom, work terms, and the opportunity to train in College of the North Atlantic's dining facilities.
- The curriculum is designed to meet the standards established by the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council and the provincial hospitality tourism industry. Graduates of this program may find work in a wide variety of hospitality tourism organizations. Alternatively, employment may be possible with government and non-government agencies or associations dedicated to hospitality and tourism.
- Graduates may also decide to take the entrepreneurial route and start their own businesses.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
Provincial High School Graduation Certificate with a 60% overall average in the following (or equivalent):
- English 3201 or English 3202 (60% minimum)
- Mathematics (4 credits) chosen from:
- Advanced: 2200, 3200 (50% minimum in each course)
- Academic: 2201 (50% minimum), 3201 (60% minimum)
- Five credits at the 3000 Level
Indian students eligibility:
- Applicants must have a certificate of high school from a recognized board.
Applicants must have qualified for any one of the language tests IELTS/TOEFL to prove English language proficiency.
