Bachelor [Exercise and Wellness] From Camosun College

Exercise & Wellness programs will provide the students with the knowledge and skills to lead youth, adults, and seniors to be more active and healthy. The programs focus on fitness promotion, exercise management, personal training, and nutrition. The degree also includes studies in exercise prescription, chronic disease management and pathophysiology. An internship is a paid work experience approved and monitored by the college. They will have a chance to put their skills to work and gain valuable insight and experience.
