Eligibility & Entry Requirement

International Students Eligibility:

  • Successful completion of the Global Assessment Certificate with a GPA of 2.3. or
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum score of 24 at the time of admission.

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • Successful completion of a recognized Bachelor's degree equivalent to an Australian degree.

Language Requirments:

  • The students whose official language is not English are required to submit the TOEFL or IELTS exam scores.
  • The English language proficiency test must be no more than two years old at the time of your commencement at Western Sydney University.

Language Requirement Exemption:

  • If the student’s first language is English or if the student can provide satisfactory evidence that English was the medium of instruction in their secondary or tertiary studies they may be considered as meeting the requirement of proficiency in English and they are exempted from submitting the scores.

  • The student might have to have health examinations to prove you meet the health requirement.
  • The results of your examinations will be assessed by a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC).
