Master of Information Systems Management (MBIS) prepares students with advanced information systems skills and capacity to participate and lead in a multi-disciplinary team environment within a contemporary organisation
- This course aims to equip information system professionals to appreciate the emerging trends, challenges and opportunities and navigate these through effective management and leadership capabilities.
- The curriculum design and delivery of this course aim to provide an opportunity for students to develop their lifelong learning abilities to work as a manager in a data driven organisation
- The curriculum design of the MBIS is guided by an understanding of Information Systems, the requirements of business, project management, technical knowledge in databases and programming, data management and analytics.
These concepts are underpinned by professional codes, ethical considerations and security. The course is designed to create work-ready graduates who will contribute to the ever-growing role of an information systems professional in the digital economy.

Academic Eligibility
- A candidate should either have:
- Australian bachelor's degree (under Cambridge English Scale, the overall score should be more than 176 with no score less than 169), or equivalent
- Successful completion of a Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) in any discipline
- Applicants without formal qualifications are eligible to apply if they have seven (7) years of professional, administrative or managerial work experience. Applications will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Specific Requirement: Candidate must show sufficient amount of Business and Technical skill
English Requirement: IELTS overall score should be 6.5(with no sub-score less than 6.0)
